  Worst McDonald's ive ever been to their workers are extremely rude and they never bring the right food they cut corners on what they serve a good McDonald's the one over the bridge in Brewer is much better or even the McDonald's on union or broadway this place is just awful basically ive never had so many horrible experiences at one place this isnt just the worst mcdonalds hands down the worst restaurant mcdonalds should be ashamed to have them as a part of their franchise.

  Hands down, the absolute WORST McDonald's we've ever been to. They have somehow managed to get our orders totally wrong the last 3 times we've been there and tonight they failed to give us any sauces for our chicken nuggets, even though we specifically ordered them, and they even asked again to verify which sauces we wanted! However, it was too late to turn around and go back as we didn't notice this until we were already home and it was after 10 p.m. Dry chicken nuggets are not that good! These are the most incompetent workers I've ever seen at any fast food restaurant!
